The rapper behind Mambo N Mengi track may not be a popular run-in in your day to day playlists but his swagger and music enthusiasm suggests that he is no one-hit wonder. The tracks from his recently released Ep are playlist worthy and you’ll surely enjoy listening to his wordplay.
Presenting ‘You’ to us, the track is a beautifully themed love song that sounds like a throwback R&B track with its dreamy, nostalgic flavour – and Teslah’s girl-next-door vibe – reminiscent of an era when afrofusion and some gengetone songs weren’t all about sex, but romance and dating.
