Westwick College operator Christina Lewis has sent lawyer Mwenda Njagi after Teamaster Edgar Obare, for exposing her scam of taking students’ money with promises to take them abroad. The lawyer held a press conference and issued Edgar Obare an ultimatum to apologize and take the story down the story after a day.
Westwick College students, having paid over KES 500,000, accuse the management of not fulfilling promises to facilitate their overseas travel. Allegedly, the management had students sign Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs).See all the receipts here.
Coincidentally, Nurse Judy earlier exposed Westwick College that trains CNA nurses for not being certified.
Christina Lewis Files for Bankruptcy
Christina Lewis’ financial track record precedes her. According to Hospice News, the once-administrator of Valley Hospice of Arizona filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2020 after owing 70 creditors over Ksh 404 million ($2.49 million) in debt. The US-based hospice, faced issues of false reporting and advertising irregularities.
Yvonne Mugure Defends Mentor Christine Lewis
Content creator Yvonne Mugure rushed to the defense of her mentor Christine Lewis despite reports of the latter defrauding Westwick College students and diagnosed the victim as having mental health issues.
“After the student exposed us (Westwick College) to Edgar Obare, we understand that she has mental health issues and has even threatened us as a school.”
Yvonne Mugure said.
