Retired comedian, Eric Omondi, recently shockingly announced that he will not be unveiling his daughter’s face on social media for free.
The forty-year-old who now works as a human rights activist, told journalists that he will show his daughter’s face at a fee of Ksh50 million.
”Face ya mtoi wangu itakuwa pesa mingi,” he said.
According to Eric Omondi, the amount is quite favorable since the cost of living is already high.
“Sura ya mtoto wangu ni ngumu sana kuiona. Nimeona nifanye bei rahisi ju economy ni mbaya. So tufanye something affordable kama 50 million tuweke bei ya kawaida saizi life ni ngumu wacha tufanye bare minimum,” Eric said.
The new plan for his daughter’s face reveal come a few days after he had promised to open an Instagram account for his unborn baby.
However, the activist emphasized that the decision to part with such a sum to catch a glimpse of his daughter’s face is purely voluntary.
“If you’re out there, you’re a newspaper, I don’t know what, I’ll sell you a child’s face” Omondi added.
Would you pay fifty million to see a mere child’s face?
