Famous hip-hop artist Navio has officially introduced the Gengetone genre, which was birthed in Kenya, to the Ugandan music industry, after he teamed up with Mbuzi Gang and Vic West on their new jam ‘Zoza’.
A typical East African banger, ‘Zoza’ is another All-star project from Black Market Records that features some of the finest artists from around the region, reason why it is making traction on the airwaves.
Although many Ugandans were until recently strangers to Gengetone tunes, many of them are nowadays grooving to the vibe.
Actually, based on this trend, before long, ‘Zoza’ and other songs in the same category will have a stronger presence in Uganda than they do now.
Available both on YouTube and digital platforms, ‘Zoza’ is one of the jams currently thrilling partiers at night clubs and hangouts around East Africa, especially because it cuts across all age groups.
Being purely a party jam, ‘Zoza’ is fast-tracking its incidence in the limelight by attracting thousands of YouTube views and streams on digital platforms, which is a huge positive for the artists who did the record.
With just a simple click on the link you can stream ‘Zoza’ on YouTube.
