It is a good start for Kenyan singing group the Rico Gang, whose debut EP dubbed Sababisha is cementing their position in the music industry.
Released a few months ago via Black Market Records, the studio project is doing wonders on the airwaves and keeping the Rico Gang in the limelight much more than they had anticipated.
According to the latest statistics from Music Charts 254, Sababisha ranks among the top 20 new albums in Kenya currently, which points to the fact that it is a great studio project.
The project’s popularity can arguably be attributed to ‘Miondoko’, one of the sizzling jams on the Sababisha EP, which features the Mbuzi Gang.
‘Miondoko’, for which they have since released a video, is performing well on YouTube, whereby it has so far garnered over 1.68M YouTube views and still counting.
But besides ‘Miondoko’, the EP also features other thrilling tracks like; ‘Sababisha’ Ft. Willis Raburu and Vic West, ‘Sunday’, ‘Aki Ya Nani’ and ‘Asante Baba’ Ft Pruee and Terapela Music.
Being their debut EP on the market, Sababisha is beating the expectations of many music enthusiasts, reason why tens of thousands of fans are responding to it.
