A man has been charged at Milimani court for allegedly using an abusive and demeaning word against female police officer in public.
A Charge Sheet seen by Ghetto Radio, the man identified as Samuel Mwangi Githinji on 29th day of May at Ambassador bus park within the Nairobi CBD made an abusive utterance to traffic police officer identified as CPL 83634 Vaginia Karimi who was controlling traffic.
The charge sheet indicates that the accused person was heard shouting some unprintable words to the police officer.

The accused person has however pleaded not guilty of the offence before senior Magistrate Mucheni Kagendo and have been freed on a cash bail of Ksh. 20,000 pending pre-trial on 14th June 2022.
“The case has been transferred to court number four. The accused person has also been asked to deposit a cash bail of Ksh 20,000 and contact person. The case will be brought for hearing on 14th June this year,” Magistrate Kagendo ruled.
