Kenyan film 'Weusi The Chronicle' is due to premiere in Marurui Primary School on Saturday 2nd July 2022.
Set in Marurui, the film tells the story of a young African boychild's journey growing up in the ghetto/slums sorrounded by peer pressure, alcoholism, drug abuse, crime & guilt.
The title is derived from "Weusi" meaning the African skin and "Chronicle" meaning story.
Eugene Muyugani stars as Don in this film directed by Jared Madi and produced by Studio53.
